Convention Schedule (.pdf) Please print the form, fill it out, write the check, and mail it to Art Wingo (address on the form). Reservations for the Saturday night dinner must be received by April 12 for us to confirm them with the hotel. Attendence Registration Form (.pdf) Exhibitor Registration Form (.pdf) Bus Tour of Confederate Richmond Our tour will begin with a box lunch shortly after the conclusion of the business meeting. We will travel by Groome bus from the hotel where we will arrive at Capitol Square for a tour of the Capitol and its grounds. The tour will be led by noted guide Frank Williamson. From there we will visit the nearby Stewart-Lee House, where General Lee's family lived during the war and where he returned after Appomattox, and St. Paul's Episcopal Church. We will return via Monument Ave with side stops as time allows. Part of our tour will include seeing this door at the rear of the Stewart-Lee House where this and other famous photos of General Lee were taken after the war. This building is not normally open to the public so you will not want to miss this opportunity. The convention's hotel is situated just west of central Virginia's key shopping destination, Short Pump Town Center. Now it has been confirmed that high-end outdoor gear retailer Cabela's, which will be just west on the hotel, will open the weekend before the April 15-16 Convention.
